Shipping policy

We ship inside the United States using USPS with tracking. If you would like a different shipping provider, or if your level of shipping service is not listed, please reach out to us. Once a buyer has placed their order for ready-made items, processing time is 1-3 business days to prepare and package for shipping.

For custom orders, we will discuss project scope, processing, and delivery timelines at the time of order.

Postage fees vary based on weight and item size. To estimate shipping, please add the item to your cart and enter your shipping delivery information.

USPS Posted Transit Times:

• USPS First Class, 1-5 business days depending on location
• USPS Priority Mail, 1-35 business days depending on location
• USPS Priority Mail Express, 1-2 business days depending on location

Digital download items do not ship and are delivered via email with an immediate download link at the time of purchase.
