My handmade bowls are perfect for small portions and everyday use. Use for nuts and snacks, a small pet’s food and water dish, condiments, berries, and more. Each piece is 100% handmade, wheel-thrown ceramic stoneware, and is functional pottery. Elevate your dining and bring some original artwork to your kitchen, entertaining, and serving.

This listing is for a set of two bowls, as shown in the photo. The bowls are the actual pieces you will receive. Each bowl is hand-painted with lead-free, food-safe glaze.

Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 8-10 hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted with non-toxic glaze, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 8-10 hours).

Each piece is unique. Available pieces are listed. The photo shows the actual piece you will receive. Expect slight perfect-imperfections, showing the artist's touch, as each piece is 100% made by hand.

Caring for your piece:
» Dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended. In order to prolong the glaze sheen and overall durability, I recommend hand-washing with a mild detergent, like Dawn.
» Microwave safe, but take care, as pottery can get hot.
» Do not place in oven or on stove top.
» Do not pour boiling water, as thermal shock could occur.
» The glaze is food safe, lead-free, and non-toxic.
» Ceramic pottery should be treated with care, as it can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
